The Quality Business Unit has the main mission of offering companies consultancy, appropriate Training and auditing with methodologies and tools of environmental management that ensure the improvement of the organizational processes foreseeing the increase of client and collaborator satisfaction as well as stakeholder income return.
Our team plans and carries out consultancy, training and auditing services using when necessary national and international references such as ISO 9001, TS 16949, ISO 27001, ISO 20000 Good Priv@cy, Excellence Models (PNQ), ISO 17025, Strategic Planning, Balanced Scorecard, Ferramentas de Controle da Qualidade Off-line Quality Control Instruments (Taguchi, Experiment Liners, QFD, FMEA), 5S filosophy, Analysis and Problem Solution Methodologies, Process Managing, Development of Suppliers, Six Sigma, among others.
This Business Unit produces and provides training under all management references and methodologies priorly stated as well as develop specific training in order to meet our clients’ needs.
The Quality Business Unit develops and applies, whenever necessary management instruments according to each profile, with the clients’ needs and expectations targeting to contribute with business management, optimizing processes while making them friendlier. however this is not done by any costs or in any way, it is carried out sustainably considering the short, medium and long term.
