The HR corporate policy of KEYASSOCIADOS defines strategies related to their actions with their employees, full-time and part-time consultants and trainees based on the Mission, Vision, Values, Guidelines and Code of Ethics of the Organization.
More than any other factor, experience, skills and expertise of our Labor Force members determine the success of the Group in the market. Therefore, it is of great importance how our employees are treated, how they treat each other within the company and how we define our values and goals.

The entire Labor Force goes through a periodical cycle of performance evaluation, assessing their strong points, points of improvement as opposed to skills and competencies required for the function and the completion of the Individual Development Plan (PDI), where all registered personnel, trainees and consultants describe their goals and aspirations of professional and personal development. This is coupled with the face-to-face feedback with the closest superior, with the goal of aligning attitudes and professional advice. These two tools result in a Plan of Training and Institutional Development (PCDI) with concrete actions and measures.
The responsibility for development lies with the staff member of the Labor Force, his/her superior and the area of Human Resources.
Considering that the organizational climate is the collective perception that the workforce has of practices, policies as well as the existing values and levels of motivation and credibility of the organization, KEYASSOCIADOS believes in the association between climate, job satisfaction, quality, performance of individuals and consequent increase in productivity.
In order to be managed, the organizational behavior must be measured, and thus KEYASSOCIADOS conducts research in climate.
From the survey results, analyzed by the High Committee and the Director of the Organizational Climate (formed by representatives of the workforce), action plans are implemented while providing suggestions that will improve what was stated in the survey.

Based on data of the business QCP (Status of Employees and Partners) it is the responsibility of each Unit Manager to offer and openly communicate each member of the Labor Force of his team their wage.

Adjustments have followed the trends of the modern market and highlight skills and Remuneration for participation in the results, when appropriate, taking into account the profitability, the internal balance, the individual performance and practices of the market.
